IMPORTANT: We suggest you DO NOT schedule non-refundable flights at this time. For the program to take place, a minimum of 7 companies must be registered. We will update you once this number has been reached.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days prior to your event will receive a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations received 15 – 29 days prior to your event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations less than 15 days prior to your event.
