Restoration Project Management

Join us in Canton, Ohio on June 7-12, 2021.

There are two steps to registering. After providing the information below, you will be directed to complete the online application through a link in the confirmation email.


Program Costs
Program Fee: Includes tuition, class materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks on class days, along with breakfast the day of the exam.

Deposit: A deposit of $500 is due with registration. The deposit will be refunded if the applicant does not qualify for or is not accepted into the program.

Balance: The remaining balance will be automatically withdrawn on February 26, 2021 unless prior arrangements have been made.

Prerequisites
Education: All Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Work History and Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years’ verifiable work experience in the restoration field or similar industry. Qualified candidates will have worked in at least one of the following roles: project manager, project coordinator, technician, project supervisor, estimator, company manager, facility manager, or owner.

Edward H. Cross

Edward H. Cross is President of Law Offices of Edward H. His 35 years of real-world business experience, combined with his humor and facilitation skills, creates a dynamic learning environment. He is the author or “Pursuing Project Excellence: Six Ideas to Improve Your Projects.”


Mickey Lee, WLS

Mickey Lee, WLS has over 30 years’ experience in construction and restoration of residential, commercial, retail and industrial structures. He is involved in RIA, IICRC, ASHRAE and other organizations, most recently leading the development of the IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) certification as committee chair.


Steve Toburen

Steve Toburen spent over 20 years “down in the trenches” in the cleaning and restoration industries and graduated first in his Certified Restorer class. His cleaning and restoration company grew into a nationally recognized operation based on its high per-capita profits in a smaller market base. Steve serves as the Director of Training for Jon-Don’s Strategies for Success (SFS) program and directs the SFS website.


Timothy E. Hull, CR

Timothy E. Hull, CR is a leading expert on operations and organizational development in the restoration and cleaning industries. Tim is currently the Director of Operations and a Business Development Advisor for Violand Management, working one-on-one with owners, managers, and key employees.


Scott Tackett
